Pink Taco

Pink Taco is popular for putting a California spin on traditional Mexican dishes. The menu includes the trademark Pink Taco (Panuchos) with homemade corn tortillas, beans, chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado. For something lighter, there's the Tostada Salad − a shredded salad with chipotle vinaigrette that is a Pink Taco favorite. For a sweet finale to a spicy meal, Pink Taco offers Cinnamon Churros – dusted with cinnamon sugar and chocolate cream.
