Kenny Chesney has announced 27 new dates for his 2013 'No Shoes Nation' Tour, making it one of the year's biggest tours. With several shows rapidly approaching sell-outs, Chesney - who recieved the 2012 Billboard Touring Award 'Top Package' for the year's top-grossing tour and the "Road Warrior" Award, celebrating uncommon work ethic, professionalism and artistic integrity - is on his way to his 11th consecutive tour with more than one million tickets sold. Chesney rocked out to a sold-out crowd for over 3 hours on opening weekend of The Joint in April 2009 and now he's returning for the 4th Anniversary of the venue with two shows! Chesney will take over The Joint stage at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for the sixth and seventh time on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20.
"There's nothing like getting back on the road and seeing the crowd again for the first time," Chesney said. "This is going to be a huge tour and I can't wait to kick off in Tampa for the second year in a row."
'No Shoes Nation' marks 20 years of touring for Chesney, who Billboard declares is "the biggest ticket seller in country music and among the elite touring artists in the world." After this summer's tour, Chesney will have performed 101 stadium concerts. He is a CMT and AMA Artist of the Year, a four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year, and a four-time ACM Entertainer of the Year.
