Architect and designer Mark Zeff infused the Living Art penthouse with a dark palate and custom-created, sleek furniture using a variety of soft, sensuous textures. This 4,276 square foot specialty penthouse has an open floor plan equipped with seductive moving art, floor to ceiling windows, and an outdoor terrace with a plunge pool facing towering views of Las Vegas.
Huge Inter-Active Projection Collaboration with full projections in living room and outdoor pool area creates an immersive experience creating living art which interacts with the music with while projections on walls and floors change with the beat of the music. Abstract shapes mixed with and interactive with the female form creates a grand party lounge. With the push of a button the window shades in the Living Art living room descend and eleven video projectors, hidden away in the ceiling soffits, fire up to create an immersive, 360 degree video display across the walls and shades in the room, surrounding guests in a visual and sound experience like no other. Both music and sounds drive the video system so as guests musical selections and voices change, so does the velocity of the projected atmosphere. A 3D world of purple landscapes and mysterious blue skies sprout blossoming flower pods where women in leather chaps and whips appear, dancing in time to the music, while engaging in risqué behavior with one another.
