Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions


 
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas guarantees that the HardRockHotel.com website will have the best available room rate for its hotel. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all of the terms and conditions and be submitted in compliance with the claim procedures set forth herein. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, or any additional resort or guest charges or fees that may apply at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
 
Qualifications
 
  1. The “Comparison Rate” must be reservable by the general public and be published and verifiable by Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
  2. A reservation must be made through the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino website or the hotel call-center.
  3. Our guarantee does not cover the following rate types:
    • • Rates offered specifically to members of groups or individuals who meet previously-defined criteria, including AAA members, Senior Citizens, government employees, military, RockStar Club members, or subscriber email only rates.
      • Rates that are not available to the public, such as negotiated corporate rates or discounted group rates.
      • Package rates that include the room and other components—such as car rental, airfare, travel, entertainment, dining, or other add-ins and incentives.
      • Rates with limited availabilty as part of a one-time, short-term promotion including all 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour sales.
      • Rates in which the hotel brand is not disclosed until the reservation is complete, such as Priceline and Hotwire.
      • Rates that are available on auction websites.
      • International rates offered exclusively through international partner re-sale channels.
      • Pre-paid rates that involve a pre-paid certificate (including electronic and paper vouchers or certificates).
  4. The Comparison Rate and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino rate must be found and a claim submitted within 24 hours of the reservation, and must include the same room type and the same reservation dates. Claims will not be accepted 24 hours prior to reservation check-in date. All cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing rates must apply.
  5. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will verify the Comparison Rate within 24 hours of receiving a claim, process the claim, and notify you of the result. The claim must be verified before check-in, therefore the claim must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
  6. When multiple rates are available at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for the same reservation date and room type, you must reserve the lowest rate in order to be eligible for the guarantee. Discounted rates and offers may be available through the “Specials and Packages” section of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino website.
  7. If the Comparison Rate is reserved through a non-Hard Rock Hotel & Casino channel, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of a reservation.
  8. For claims covering multiple nights the rate comparison will be made for each night separately.
  9. This guarantee is void where prohibited by law. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
