The Joint was designed and constructed in compliance with all Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. It is our commitment to provide a safe, comfortable environment for each guest to enjoy their experience at The Joint.
There are accessible parking stalls for cars and vans located in our Parking Garage facilities. Anyone using these spaces must display an official state disabled parking permit or license plate.
The Joint offers accessible seating in an integrated setting on all levels of the building. Accessible seating on the floor is subject to change depending on seating configurations for various events. Please contact a Box Office Representative at (702) 693-5000 ext. 6914 with any concerns or questions.
The Joint is equipped with a "Listen" listening system. Receivers are available for all events and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification and credit card. Guests who are interested in this service should see a representative at the Box Office.
Concessions and Box Office
The concession stands and ticket counters in the building have been designed with all guests in mind. Accessible countertops and bar counters are at a height that is comfortable for everyone.
Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.

All public restrooms are accessible. There is a companion restroom provided to accommodate disabled individuals with a companion. These also serve adults with small children requiring assistance.
The Joint personnel have been trained to assist in emergency situations. Visual and audible alarms are located throughout the building for use in the event of an emergency.

If the show is not sold out, tickets in disabled seating areas will be available for general public purchase 24 hours before the event.
