Q: How do I submit a claim?

  1. Best Rate comparison is based on rates available on hardrockhotel.com
  2. Any “Competing Rate” must be reservable by the general public and be published and verifiable by Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
  3. The Competing Rate and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino rate must be found and a claim submitted within 24 hours of the reservation(s), and must be for the same room type and stay date(s). Claims will not be accepted within 24 hours of reservation check-in date. All cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing rates apply.
  4. Previously booked reservation(s) must have be made directly, online at hardrockhotel.com
  5. Our guarantee does not cover the following rate types:
    • Rates offered specifically to member of groups or individuals who meet previously-defined criteria, including but not limited to: AAA members, Senior Citizens, government employees, military, Backstage Pass Rewards Club Members, or subscriber email only rates.
    • Rates that are not available to the public, such as negotiated corporate rates or discounted group rates.
    • Package rates that include a room and other components – such as car rental, airfare, travel, entertainment, dining, or other add-ins and incentives.
    • Rates with limited availability as part of a one-time, short-term promotion, or like including, but not limited to all 24 hour, 48, hour, and 72 hour sales.
    • Rates in which the hotel brand is not disclosed until the reservation is complete, such as, but not limited to Priceline and Hotwire.
    • Rates available on auction websites.
    • International rates offered exclusively through international partner affiliate or re-sale channels.
    • Pre-paid rates that involve a pre-paid certificate (including electronic and paper vouchers or certificates).
  6. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will verify the Competing Rate during your conversation with our Reservation Agent when submitting the claim. The claim must be verified before check-in, therefore the claim will not be accepted 24 hour prior to reservation check-in date.
  7. When multiple rates are available at www.hardrockhotel.com for the same reservation date and room type, you must reserve the lowest rate in order to be eligible for the guarantee. Discounted rates and offers may be available through the “Specials and Packages” section of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino website.
  8. If the “Competitive Rate” is reserved through a third party channel, not affiliated with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of a reservation.
  9. For claims covering multiple night stays the rate comparison will be made on a per night basis, for each night separately.
  10. This Guarantee is void where prohibited by law. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice.

For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, the Competitive Rate must satisfy all Qualifications and be submitted in compliance with the claim procedures set forth herein. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, or any additional resort or guest charges or fees that apply.
