LAS VEGAS – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino invites Colorado State University (CSU) football fans to take part in the ultimate Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl experience from Tuesday, Dec. 16 to Monday, Dec. 22.

As the CSU Rams host resort, Hard Rock Hotel will welcome the team to the property on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 9:30 p.m.Guests are encouraged to cheer on the players as they arrive to the hotel in preparation for the big game.

Starting at just $69, locals and visitors alike can tackle unbeatable Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl room rates from Thursday, Dec. 18 to Monday, Dec. 22. To redeem this offer, guests must book online or by phone using code HRRBWL4 before Monday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m.

Hard Rock Hotel will also revamp its menu at Mr. Lucky’s Café to serve dishes perfect for football fanatics. Choose from the Chorizo Burrito, a freshly-made tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, Spanish rice, bell peppers, onions and cheddar jack cheese, smothered in ranchero sauce, and served with breakfast potatoes ($9.99); or the Chili Dog Burger, a house-blend burger, grilled Vienna hot dog, house chili, melted cheddar cheese, onions and pickle chips stacked on a bun and served with French fries on the side ($14.99). Guests can top off the one-of-a-kind meal with an over-easy egg for an additional $2.

To spice up the pallet, the mega-hip Mexican cantina Pink Taco will offer a Green Chili Stew. The dish is made with roasted pork, onions and potatoes, marinated in a mild green chili broth, and served with Indian fry bread on the side ($12.99).

Loyal fans in need of a pre-tailgate pick-me-up can sip on the casino bars’ specialty hand-crafted CSU cocktail, Cam the Ram. The concoction includes a unique blend of bourbon, Midori and lime juice, poured over ginger beer ($8). For a more traditional drink, guests can enjoy 1020 Pale Ale or Red Banshee ($4 each). All food and beverage specials will be available from Friday, Dec. 19 to Sunday, Dec. 21.

To complete the CSU takeover, guests can make their way to the Sam Boyd Stadium for the big game on Saturday, Dec. 20 through an exclusive shuttle service at Hard Rock Hotel. The shuttle will run throughout the day for $25 per person.

This is the team’s first time in Las Vegas since 2011 when it played at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The 2014 Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl will be the CSU Rams’ second postseason appearance at Sam Boyd Stadium since beating New Mexico in the Western Athletic Conference Championship game in 1997.
