Las Vegas, NV(February 4, 2014) – Beginning today, The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino welcomes a new era of fan-friendly ticketing with the transitioning of the venue’s ticketing services to AXS Ticketing (pronounced access).
Tickets to all concerts at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will now be available at the Hard Rock Hotel Box Office, online at AXS.com or by calling 1-888-9-AXS-TIX.
Since launching in August 2011, AEG has already introduced the new platform at 47 venues, including STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and London's The O2 arena, the world's top-selling concert venue since 2007.

A social ticketing breakthrough, AXS Invite™, is a revolutionary new feature that will allow fans to reserve adjacent tickets for friends so they can all sit together. Once the seats are reserved, through a one-step invitation process, the initial purchaser can then invite his or her friends to buy the nearby seats via Facebook or email, eliminating the need for one purchaser to fund the entire transaction and helping fans more easily attend in groups.
A virtual AXS Waiting Room™ opens shortly before the public on-sale, giving fans greater transparency into the buying process by displaying real-time ticket pricing and availability information, as well as shortening transaction times by allowing fans to enter their payment details prior to general tickets going on sale. The Waiting Room™ also will allow venues to see the demand for tickets at any given time before and during the on-sale.
AXS features several improved ticketing options. Fans can go paperless with mobile ticketing. Creating easy, convenient access to events, mobile ticketing through AXS allows people to use their smartphones to get into an event. Additionally, with regards to fees, AXS will not charge a delivery fee to customers who print their event tickets at home.
