THE BRITISH INVASION TOUR BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE WITH ASKING ALEXANDRIA PLUS SPECIAL GUESTS, SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2016 AT 7:30 P.M.

Monday Sep 21, 2015

LAS VEGAS (September 21, 2015) – U.K. metal powerhouse Bullet For My Valentine returns to the U.S. in 2016 for The British Invasion Tour in support of its newly-released, fifth-studio album, VENOM. The band will take over The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas with special guest Asking Alexandria on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m.

Bullet For My Valentine – comprised of Matt Tuck (vocals, guitar), Michael “Padge” Paget (guitar) and Michael “Moose” Thomas (drums) – did not hold anything back when creating VENOM, which recently debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hard Rock Albums Chart and No. 8 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, as well as claimed the No. 1 album spot in Australia, No. 2 in Germany, No. 3 in the U.K. and No. 4 in Canada.

While writing VENOM, Bullet For My Valentine worked on and off for nearly six months in Padge’s home studio, allowing the material the opportunity to take shape and the vision to coalesce freely in an open environment. Rather than choose to work alongside a producer they had never met, the group tapped the talents of Colin Richardson (the man behind Bullet For My Valentine’s first EP, Hand of Blood, as well as its two gold-certified opuses, The Poison and Scream Aim Fire) and co-producer Carl Bown. The record features 11 hard-hitting tracks that take fans back to the heaviness of the band’s earlier releases with songs like “No Way Out,” “You Want A Battle? (Here’s A War)” and “Army Of Noise.”

Asking Alexandria – comprised of Ben Bruce (guitar), Cameron Liddell (guitar), Sam Bettley (bass), James Cassells (drums) and Denis Stoff (vocals) – found mainstream success in 2011 with the release of its second album, Reckless & Relentless, which peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard Top 200. The band returned in 2013 with a more mature hard rock sound, smoothing off some of the metal and electronic influences, resulting in its third album, From Death to Destiny.

Tickets start at $32 (plus applicable service fees) and go on sale Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. at the Hard Rock Hotel box office, by calling 888.9.AXS.TIX or online at www.axs.com.
